Subcontracting Opportunities

CH2M Hill Academy Services, LLC (CHAS) has a stringent and dedicated small business program.  It is our intent to aggressively pursue practical opportunities with small, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran-owned and HUBZone small businesses.

All Vendors and Subcontractors are required to complete certain prequalification criteria in order to work with CHAS at the USAF Academy.  To become an approved Procurement Vendor or Subcontractor, we must have a current Substitute W-9 on file.

Subcontractors are also required to submit Representations and Certifications (R&C).  Often times, Subcontractors have their R&C's online at the Federal ORCA site.  if you do not, you may use the R&C form below.

 Sub-Contractor Safety Information Minimize

All Subcontractors are required to complete a Subcontractor Safety Performance Questionnaire and Certification of Compliant Drug Policy to work with CH2M Hill Academy Services, LLC (CHAS) at the US Air Force Academy.  The short, two page questionnaire and drug policy certification can be filled out and faxed or emailed to the CHAS Safety Office at:

If you are unsure of what to answer, how to answer, or what to attach please call and we can walk you through the process within minutes.

 Active Projects Minimize

Subcontractors performing work are required to complete a Job Hazard Analysis for each new job.  In addition, some work identified as Davis-Bacon work requires Certified Payrolls. 

All Top Ten Planned Work (TTPW) projects require a SF 1413.
