Q.  Who is CH2M HILL Academy Services, LLC?
Q.  What kinds of services are provided under the Civil Engineer and Cadet Support Services contract?
Q.  What happens to my job now that you've won the contract?
Q.  What is our (CH2M HILL and KIRA) experience with the Air Force?
Q.  What is the current schedule for the Phase-In and starting the new contract?
Q.  Where can I find out more about opportunities with CH2M HILL Academy Services?
Q.  Do I have to take insurance coverage if I have coverage elsewhere (spouse)?
Q.  Currently, those who don’t take coverage get $5.20 per hour additional pay that is placed in their 401(k).  Will CH2M HILL continue this benefit?
Q.  Is there a waiting period before I can enroll in insurance plan?
Q.  If I have TriCare, and don’t take offered insurance can additional dollars go into my 401K?
Q.  If I am currently a five year employee, will I keep my seniority?
Q.  When is pay day?
Q.  Will 401(k) be set up on 1st pay day?  If not, will $ still be taken from pay?
Q.  What will our pay stub look like in relation to Health and Welfare?  Will it break out exactly what we pay for what, i.e. medical, dental, vision?
Q.  How will we handle overtime hours?
Q.  Regarding non-essential personnel, what will be the policy?  Who will be designated as ‘essential personnel’?
Q.  Can we post the new TriCare/Medicare law on the website?
Q.  Will we have a max on vacation accrual?
Q.  If you have a pre-existing condition when will United Health Care cover that?
Q.  Can we opt out of insurance if we have a plan other than TriCare or Medicare if we are hourly?
Q.  Will we have the same hours (shift) we do now?
Q.  When will our 2% contribution be deposited in the employees selected fund?  At the end of the year, quarterly, or more often?
Q.  If annually, and the employee leaves the company before the anniversary date, will he still get the contribution?
Q.  Is there a vesting period for the company’s contribution?
