Subcontracting Opportunities

CH2M Hill Academy Services, LLC (CHAS) has a stringent and dedicated small business program.  It is our intent to aggressively pursue practical opportunities with small, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran-owned and HUBZone small businesses.

All Subcontractors are required to complete certain prequalification criteria in order to work with CHAS at the USAF Academy.  Below are documents necessary to attain pre-qualified status.  All documents should be downloaded, completed and returned to CHAS for review.  Documents can be emailed to:

1.       Subcontractor Prequalification Summary Page

2.       Substitute W-9

3.       Subcontractor Safety Performance Questionnaire

4.       Certification of Compliant Drug Policy

5.       Representations and Certifications (ORCA)

6.       SF 1413 – Statement of Acknowledgement

Once Subcontractors complete the prequalification packet and are approved for work with CHAS on the USAF Academy, they will be considered for projects as they are released to CHAS by the Government.

If a Subcontractor is awarded a project by CHAS, the following documents will be required for the specific project.  Documents can be downloaded, completed and returned to your Subcontract Manager or Project Inspector.
